Greenhouse assistants are involved in all aspects of weekly greenhouse production, from washing and filling flats to seeding, watering, harvest and packing. Greenhouse experience a plus but not required. Must be reliable, organized, tidy and able to work well with others. 20 hours/week, somewhat flexible.

We are looking for an energetic, reliable, organized individual to help with the daily "get". As a chef focused restaurant, our orders go out fresh and on time. Our daily production assistant should have the ability to work to a deadline in a physically demanding environment, and an appreciation for what it takes to deliver quality specialty produce. Duties to include daily harvest, washing, labeling, and general assistance with order fulfillment. Must be a morning person, reliable, energetic, efficient, attentive to detail, and able to work well with others. Hours: Wednesday-Friday, 8:00-1:00.

Applicant should be experienced and competent in small scale organic vegetable production. Previous employment on a small farm, with references, preferred. Must work well with others, possess strong communication and problem solving skills, and be willing and able to do demanding physical outdoor labor. Job involves all aspects of field production, from soil prep to harvest. Competency in equipment care and maintenance expected. Compensation based upon experience. Seasonal, March-December. 20-30 hours/week.
