Annie's savory tortes quickly sell out at the weekly summer market in Wood's Hole, Massachusetts where she spends her summers, and at our annual Holiday Open House, Food & Art at Huguenot Springs. The torte's base is risotto & farm eggs. This week's variation on the theme: Asparagus/Mushroom/Gruyere. Freezes beautifully. Serves 6 to 8.
