~Our list is short for the time being, thanks to Mother Nature's latest blast! Longer days and warmer temperatures signal new growth, though, and we are watching and waiting for ideal conditions to turn the soil. Meanwhile, the propagation house is filling with transplants for field production, and the micros/shoots/petites are thriving. Hang on, spring is coming!

~Our Tonic #6 Aji Dulce/Fresno pepper sauce is bottled and ready to go: 5 oz., 8 oz. and 12 oz.

~ We can supply our Espelette peppers whole or ground for you: local warmth for your winter dishes!
