Welcome March!! Our field greens including spinach, arugula and some kales survived through the snow and ice and continue to make a good comeback as the days lengthen. In the high tunnels, mache, escarole, cilantro, pak choi, arugula, lettuces and baby bok choi are thriving. We are busy seeding and propagating cuttings of your farm favorites in the greenhouses, and welcome

your suggestions for growing season 2025!

Hidden Acres has laying hens again and supplies are strong for now. Prices are steady for now but likely to rise as the eggs get larger. Sunflower oil, honey and sorghum are in the house! We are proud to source these Virginia products for you.
